Process Safety Management (PSM) Training
A Process Safety Management (PSM) is first introduced by United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and also as regulation in order to control and focused on preventing releases of any substance defined as a highly hazardous chemical by the EPA or OSHA. OSHA rule of Process Safety Management (PSM) Standard (29 CFR 1910.119) and Risk Management Program (RMP) EPA rule (40 CFR Part 68) both require the development and implementation of a program to prevent catastrophic accidents for covered processes.
This training describes a prevention program that is designed to meet the requirements of these performance based upon regulations and applied through a useful process management system. This training also provides an understanding of what is required for compliance with the process safety regulations and guidance and make sure the programs are properly implemented.
This process safety management (PSM) training program are concerned to inspire the requirements of sound PSM program design and implementation, quantitative and qualitative risk assessment techniques, and needs assessment. Courses review the leading PSM regulations (for example, OSHA PSM in the United States of America, SEVESO SMS in Europe) and industry guidelines that drive PSM practices. Serves as process adviser to refinery & petrochemical plants for effectiveness & efficiency of unit operations and in the last 16 (sixteen) in several positions such as; Lead Safety Engineer & Loss Prevention & Environmental Affairs, Directorate of Processing PERTAMINA, Loss prevention advice to management, evaluate of emergency preparedness, monitor/perform incident investigation, reporting, record keeping and trend analysis, others. Instructor experience i.e: Several training related to HSE and Fire Protection.
